dw-l650 Has anyone had any luck? There are a lot of high level geeks on them that might be able to start you on an answer. I’m willing to bet that this is actually something new and D-link’s tech support has no idea what they’re shipping now.
Unfortunately, they are low-res and the chips are completely unreadable. The card will work with a completely different driver, ipw, unrelated in any way to those you have previously worked with.
Doesn’t really tell us anything we didn’t already know, but just FYI: It turned up pictures in PDF format of the innards of dwl-605 card.
I also just bought this card and am having lots of problems getting it rvp work. All of the information about this that I’ve come across so far seems either out of date, or beyond my level of understanding I haven’t used linux since redhat 6.
